    Average yearly growth in weekly earnings under Republican Presidents: 0.408%
    Average yearly growth in weekly earnings under the Bush II Administration: 0.31%
 

Excluding the Truman and Eisenhower Administrations, the average annual growth in weekly earnings was +0.48 for Democratic Presidents and -0.30 for Republican Presidents.
